Welcome to Politichat! This Privacy Policy is here to help you understand how we treat any personal information that you share with us when you use Politichat Mobile Apps! This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect visitors’ and users’ information. This Mobile App (“Site”) is operated by Politichat (“Politichat, ''we”`,''us” and/or “our”), the global organizer of this SocialEngine Mobile Community, is a registered Limited Liability Company registered in India. The data controller responsible for your personal data is Politichat with whom you contract as a customer, member or membership applicant (“Politichat”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to personal data that we collect from you as a user of this App or as a visitor, member, subscriber, or customer (“you” or “your” being interpreted accordingly). USER DATA POLICY
What do we mean by Personal Information?

Usage Data helps us understand trends in the usage of the Service so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Service. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT ?
Information you voluntarily provide to us while registration: 
We collect some Personal Information about users while they Register their Account or contact us through Enquiry Forms, their contact details including their First Name, Surname, Gender, Birthday, Email Address and Contact Number which will be kept confidential from other users and will be shared with others only after the user's consent & permission. You may also provide at your own discretion certain related information like your social media websites URL's, a list of your interests, the date you started using the Service and a description of you.

Reason for Use: These details are used to have the unique identity of each user in SocialEngine Community.
While Sign Up, users accept these "Terms and Policy" before providing such details.
 
Information collected from Device:
When Users of the Community access the app, we do collect some personal information of the User's Device like Email Address and Contact Numbers, which is done only after User's consent. This App asks permission if the user allows accessing these details and only after the consent these details are used in the Application. 
Reason for Use: These details are used to add connections with mutual users of the Device and SocialEngine Community.
 
Information we may receive from Third Parties:
We may receive information about you from other sources. For example, if you use third-party software through the app, they may transfer information to us for fulfillment. For example, if you access our app or Service through a third-party connection or log-in or connect to our service using social media account (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) that third party with may pass certain information about your use of its service to Politichat. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user User Token, User ID associated with your account or any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that third-party service. Information will be saved as Encrypted form.
 
Analytics information
We use third-party analytics tools like Firebase to help us measure user traffic for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser as part of pages request, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We may collect and use this analytics information together with your Personal Information to build a broader profile of our individual users so that we can better serve you. We also use it to monitor aggregate app’s usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed.
 
 Location-based interactions
We are first taking consent from Users before allowing the app to access their location. 
 
Reason for Use: Access of Location is used for the purpose of filtering the content across the app based on selected Location, set default location of the app as per the user's requirement, for check-In purpose, create content for any specified location etc.
 
Cookies: 
We may log information using cookies, which are small data files stored on your browser by Politichat. We may use both session cookies, which expires when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which stay on your browser until deleted, to provide you with a more personalized experience on the app and community. 
 
A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website. The cookie will collect information relating to your use of the Website, information about your device such as the device’s IP address and browser type, demographic data and if you arrived at our Website via a link from a third-party site, the URL of the linking page.
 
Note that disabling cookies on your mobile device or browser may prevent us or our business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Service. However, doing so may disable many of the features available through the Service.
 
 Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas
Only users with login passwords can access the password-protected areas of SocialEngine Community. The user identity shall be provided by us while the user shall define the login password, which shall be encrypted and stored on the server. We strongly recommend that the password is retained confidential. 
 
We also have the option for users to remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit our app. 



Account Deletion Rights
 
The users of the SocialEngine Community do have the right and access to delete their Account from the Platform. If done so, all the relevant data collected and saved on the server would be permanently removed from the database as well as the Server and there will no further details saved at our end.
 
Device identifiers
 
When you access our Service using any mobile devices, we may access, collect, monitor, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers,” of the device. A device ID (device identification) is a distinctive number associated with a smartphone or similar handheld device, these are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may convey information to us about how you browse and use the Service. A device identifier may remain persistently on your device, to help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Service. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
 
It is basically used for sending Push Notifications in the Device.

In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not control any third parties that you authorize to access your user content or related data. We at Politichat, are committed to secure the personal information shared by the Users. We use various technologies that helps to secure User’s personal details and other related information in various ways. We have standard and high quality SSL Certificates installed at our server which transmits data in encrypted form. Database is secured under security Layer which is Private Subnet. Any external attack can not break our protective firewall and security layer thus, informations and details like Images and other Contents are protected using Cloud Fronts.
 
Our Policy on Children’s Information
We are not directed to children under 13. If you learn that your minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us.
 
Note to Users:
During the collection of information on the Profile Pages on the app, you are required to provide your applicable contact information (such as name, e-mail address or phone number). 
All the sensitive information is collected only when you provide us with your consent. We would discontinue our services if your consent is not received (you affirm your consent by accepting our terms and conditions).
Users are responsible to manage the information they provide us. You can amend your personal information in case of any changes. Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully because they govern your use of the Network and services accessible via the website. For the safety of our users, the Network retains the right to monitor direct messages between users, at our sole discretion. Members are strongly encouraged to report any violations of these guideline to Admin.

Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Network, the Network’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of the Network’s providers;

Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a Network trademark, logo URL or product name without the Network’s express written consent;

Network Enforcement Rights

You are solely responsible for all your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own all your User Content or you have all rights that are necessary to grant us the license rights in your User Content under these Terms. You can remove your User Content by specifically deleting it. However, in certain instances, some of your User Content (such as posts or comments you make) may not be completely removed and copies of your User Content may continue to exist on the Services. The Network is not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or the failure to remove or delete) any of your User Content.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Network explicitly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. The Network makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless The Network and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Services or Content, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Neither the Network nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the services or content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Network has been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In no event will the Network’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content exceed the amounts you have paid to the Network for use of the Services or content or one hundred dollars ($100), if you have not had any payment obligations to the Network, as applicable. The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the agreement between the Network and you.

General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between the Network and you regarding the Services and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between the Network and you regarding the Services and Content. User agrees that should any legal proceedings result from use of this site, then jurisdiction will be the state of Nevada, 8th judicial district in Las Vegas. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without the Network’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. The Network may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.

Any notices or other communications provided by the Network under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given by the Network: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Site. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.

The Network’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the Network. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.

Changes to Terms or Services

The Network may modify the Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be reflected on the Terms of Service page and will supersede previous Terms.
